Tuftsgenics Producer Company Limited is based at No. 33 Katcheri Street Udumalpet, Tiruppur Dt Coimbatore-642126 Tamil Nadu. We’re right in the heart of the district, which is a busy area for all kinds of trade. Being a producer company, we’re essentially a group that brings together different agricultural efforts. It’s a lot of coordination. Katcheri Street is always buzzing with people, so there’s never a dull moment outside our door. We’ve been here for a while, and the office has become a bit of a hub for local producers to drop by and chat. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls. We just have a whiteboard with a list of things that need to get done by Friday. Most of our time is spent on the phone or meeting with people from the surrounding area. It can be stressful trying to keep everyone on the same page, but we’ve gotten pretty good at it over the years. We aren’t a huge team, so everyone has to do a bit of everything. One day I might be doing the accounts, and the next day I’m helping move some equipment or talking to the farmers. It’s that kind of place. We don’t try to act like we’re more important than we are. We’re just here to help the local producers get their stuff to market without too much trouble, and we try to be fair to everyone who walks in.
