R. M. Emu Farms

R. M. Emu Farms is located in the Kavitha Complex over at Jai Nagar. We are at number 36 on the NRK Puram Main Road. If you take the bus, we are right by the Kodikambam bus stop, which is handy for the staff. The office isn't very large. It’s just a few rooms where we keep track of the farm's production and the sales. We have been here for a few years now. The building is older, but it serves our purpose well enough. We don't have fancy furniture or a reception area. Usually, there's just a couple of us at the desks handling the daily logs and the accounts. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. We talk to a lot of people who are interested in the birds or the eggs. It's a niche business, and we've learned a lot as we’ve gone along. There’s always some paperwork to catch up on or a delivery to coordinate. We try to keep things simple and direct. The location is good because the bus stop brings people right to our doorstep. It’s a functional space. We don’t do a lot of advertising. We just focus on the birds and making sure the business stays afloat. It’s a regular day-to-day operation for us, and we like the rhythm of it.
