Sri Dhanalakshmi & Co. is located at No. 18 on 1st Street in M.G. Pudur. This is a quiet pocket of the Pudur area. We’ve been operating from this same building for many years. It’s a family-run kind of place in spirit, even if we aren't all related. We keep things very simple here. There’s no big reception area or shiny glass doors. It’s just a solid old building where we do our work. Most of our day is spent dealing with the regular clients who have been coming to us forever. We know the people on 1st Street by name. The routine doesn't change much from week to week. We open up in the morning, sweep the front, and get started. It’s not the most modern setup, but it’s reliable. We don't spend money on advertising or anything like that. Word of mouth in Pudur is usually enough for us. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to get around to it. We value the relationships we’ve built in M.G. Pudur over everything else. It’s a place where a handshake still means something. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We’re just a local business at No. 18, doing what we’ve always done. It’s a steady pace of life and we wouldn't have it any other way. It is what it is for our small, dedicated group.
