Thirumanimutharu Farmers Producer Company Limited is located at Vpy No 151/1 on Pillayar Koil Street. This is where a lot of our local farmers get together to figure things out. The street itself is usually quite busy with people walking by and the usual neighborhood sounds. Our space here isn’t very large, but it serves the purpose for what we need to do. We spend a lot of time talking about the crops and what the weather is doing to the fields. Since it's a farmers producer company, there is always someone coming in with questions or looking to see how the group is doing. The building on Pillayar Koil Street is pretty easy to spot once you get onto the right block. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us making sure the paperwork gets done and the farmers get what they need. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with bags or samples from the farms, but that’s just how it is when you’re working with people who grow things. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we keep the doors open to catch whatever breeze comes through. It’s a very local operation, rooted right here in the community. Most of the people who come by have known each other for years. We just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. It's about the farmers and the work they do in the dirt every day.
