Trisha Home Made Food Product

Trisha Home Made Food Product is located right by the bus stand at A1/61 in Mullai Nagar. It’s a very busy part of the neighborhood with buses coming and going at all hours of the day. You can always hear the horns and the people shouting for their stops from inside our small workspace. We started this whole thing because we wanted to make food the way we do at home for ourselves. It’s a small operation, mostly just family members and a couple of neighbors who come by to help when we have too much to do. We don't use big, industrial machines for our work. A lot of it is done by hand, which takes a lot of time and patience. Our kitchen area is always full of steam and the smell of whatever we happen to be cooking that day. We don't have a fancy logo or anyone doing marketing for us. Most of our customers are people catching a bus or folks living nearby who already know what we make. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected, and we just have to tell people to come back the next day. It gets a bit messy sometimes, with containers and ingredients sitting everywhere, but we manage to keep it going. We like being near the bus stand because there is always something interesting happening right outside the door. We just keep our heads down and work on the next batch, day after day.
