Sri Madhuram Catering Service

Sri Madhuram Catering Service has been operating out of the Dsl Complex on Sivathi Patti Road for some time now. We are tucked away in No 13/526, right across from the Uzhavar Sandhai in Tirunelveli. Being so close to the vegetable market is actually quite handy because everything we use is basically coming from right across the street every single morning. Our kitchen gets started very early, usually before the sun is even up, because there is always a huge list of things to prep. It is a loud and busy place with the sound of big pots clanging and the smell of spices filling up the whole hallway. We aren't a big corporate office with fancy suits. Most of the time we are just in our aprons trying to make sure the rice is perfect and the sambar has the right kick to it. The heat in the kitchen can get a bit much during the summer months but we are used to it by now. It is a lot of hard work staying on your feet for ten or twelve hours at a stretch but that is just the nature of catering. We mostly just focus on getting the food delivered on time to whatever hall or house needs it. You can usually find us around the complex area or moving big steel containers into the back of a van. It is a simple operation run by people who just know how to cook for a crowd.
