M H Family Cuisine Restaurant

You can find us at No 64, inside the NMH Jewellers Campus on Madurai Road. We are pretty close to the Tirunelveli Junction railway station, so we see a lot of people coming in right after their trains arrive. It gets quite hectic during the morning and evening rushes. M H Family Cuisine Restaurant is just a place where families from around here come to grab a meal. We’ve got tables set up for small groups and larger families too. The kitchen stays pretty warm all day. We spend a lot of time prepping vegetables and getting things ready before the lunch crowd hits. Being near the station means we meet all sorts of travelers, not just the locals from Tirunelveli. Some people just stop by for a quick bite while waiting for their platform announcement. We try to keep the floors swept and the water jugs filled. It isn't a quiet place, especially with the traffic outside on Madurai Road, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. Our staff mostly lives nearby, so we know the neighborhood well. It’s a straightforward setup. We cook, people eat, and then we clean up to do it all over again the next day. There’s no big secret to it. We just show up and get the stoves going early in the morning. It’s a lot of work, but it keeps the doors open and the regular customers coming back.
