Annai Matriculation Higher Secondary School

If you head down Erwadi Main Road in Vallioor, you will find us at number 12 B. It is a familiar spot for most folks living around this part of Tirunelveli. We have been operating as a matriculation higher secondary school for quite some time. The building is a sturdy one, with several floors to accommodate all the different grades we have under one roof. Every morning, the sound of the school bell carries quite a distance. We have a lot of local children coming in from the surrounding villages. It gets pretty loud during the lunch break when everyone is out in the yard eating and playing. We do not have a lot of flashy equipment, but we have enough desks and blackboards to get the daily job done. The teachers here are mostly locals who have been with us for years. They know the families and the kids very well. It is a very straightforward setup without any hidden complexities. We follow the state board requirements and make sure the older students are ready for their final exams. There is always some paperwork to do or a classroom that needs a bit of paint, but we keep on top of it as best we can. Sometimes the fans in the upstairs rooms get a bit noisy when it is hot, but nobody seems to mind much once the lessons start. It is just a typical school day here in Vallioor.
