Sree Bala Vidyamandir Matric Hr Sec School is easy to find because it’s right on the Trichy Chennai National Highway. We are in the Bikshandarkoil area of Trichy. Being near such a major road means there’s always the sound of heavy trucks and buses going by. It’s quite a large school with several blocks of classrooms. Because we are near the highway, we get a lot of dust, so the cleaners are always busy with their mops. The rooms are fairly large and have big windows to let in the air. On the side of the school away from the road, there’s some open land where the kids play. It’s not a fancy sports field, just a big area of dirt where they play whatever game is popular at the time. The teachers here mostly live in Trichy and commute out to Bikshandarkoil every morning. We have a small office near the entrance where all the registers are kept. It’s a busy place with people coming and going all day. We don't have a big, fancy entrance gate, just a simple one that gets the job done. The desks in the classrooms are wooden and have seen a lot of use over the years. It’s a very practical school. We don't have many modern luxuries, just the basics like fans, boards, and books. It’s a noisy but good place to work.
