S K R Steel & Cements

Our place, S K R Steel & Cements, is located at 35 Vadakku Veedhi. We are pretty close to the Manikoondu, which is the local clock tower everyone knows. It’s a busy part of the neighborhood, and there is always some kind of noise coming from the street. Being near the Manikoondu means it’s easy to tell people where we are, because they just have to look for the tower and then we are just a short walk away at number 35. The steel and cement we keep here are heavy, so there is always a lot of clanging and banging going on throughout the day. It’s not a quiet office, that’s for sure. We spend most of our time out in the front or moving stuff around in the back. The building itself is an older one, but it does the job for what we need. We don't have any fancy decorations or anything. It’s just a place where we work and sell our stuff to whoever needs it. Most of our customers are folks from right around here who are building something or fixing up their homes. We like being on Vadakku Veedhi because everything we need is close by. It’s just a regular local business, and we are just regular people trying to get through the work day without too much trouble. It gets a bit hectic sometimes, but we manage to stay on top of it.
