Shafi Steels

Shafi Steels is located on the 2nd Floor of the S.A.M. Complex, right on Madurai Road at number 77. It’s a busy spot, and the stairs up to the second floor can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We’ve been in this complex for a few years now. It’s a noisy area with all the traffic on Madurai Road, but it’s good for business because people can find us easily. We deal with steel, so our office is often filled with samples and piles of papers. We aren't the type of company that has a big reception area or someone to open the door for you. You just walk in and talk to whoever is at the desk. Usually, it’s me or one of the guys from the back. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment in the office, just the basics to keep things moving. Sometimes the printer acts up or we lose the internet for an hour, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest steel place in town, just a reliable one. Most of our customers are locals who have been buying from us since we opened. We don’t spend much time on marketing or making ourselves look big. We’re just a small team in the S.A.M. Complex working hard and trying to make ends meet like everyone else.
