Roja Steel Traders

Our business, Roja Steel Traders, is situated at 9 Sub Jail Road in the Palakarai area, near Sangillyandapuram. It’s a straightforward steel trading shop. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. The space is mostly filled with different types of steel products stacked up. Working on Sub Jail Road means we are right in the thick of things. It’s a hardworking part of town, and we fit right in. We spend most of our time dealing with local contractors and fabricators who need materials for their own jobs. It is a lot of heavy lifting and moving metal around, which keeps us pretty fit. We’ve been at this same spot for years, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit, but our work stays the same. We don’t bother with fancy advertising or anything like that. People know where we are and what we have. Sometimes the yard gets a bit messy when we have a big delivery coming in, but we clear it out soon enough. We just try to be honest about what we have in stock and how long it will take to get things ready. It’s a basic way to run a business, but it works for us. We are just local people providing something useful to the builders around here. It gets noisy and dusty, but that’s the steel business for you.
