Nalanda High School

Nalanda High School is located at No 27 in Ramjeenagar, which is a fairly quiet part of Trichy compared to the city center. We have been here for some time now, and the building has seen a lot of students pass through its doors. It is a straightforward setup with classrooms that get plenty of light in the mornings. We don’t have any big flashy signs, just a regular place where teaching happens every day. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we know the local families well. In the summer, Trichy gets really hot, so we try to keep the windows open to catch whatever breeze comes through Ramjeenagar. We have a daily routine that we stick to, starting with the morning assembly and then moving into the different subjects. The kids bring their lunches and eat together during the break, and you can hear them playing outside for a bit before the bell rings again. It is a busy atmosphere but it feels right for a school. We spend our time checking notebooks, explaining math problems, and making sure the kids stay on track with their studies. It isn't always perfect, and sometimes we run out of chalk or have to fix a desk, but we manage. Being at 620009 has made us part of this neighborhood, and we like the familiar faces we see every day.
