Travancore Cardamom Plantations Private Limited is located in Thrissur. We have our main office at Westend Plaza in Veliyannur. It is on the fifth floor, room number 13/733/39. Being up there gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are focused on the plantation business. Cardamom is what we do. It is a lot of work managing the land and the crops, so the office is where all the paperwork and planning happen. Thrissur is a central spot for this kind of trade. We have been at Westend Plaza for a while now. It is a standard office building, nothing too flashy, which suits us just fine. We spend our mornings checking reports from the fields and our afternoons dealing with the logistics of moving the cardamom. It is a specific kind of crop that needs a lot of attention. We do not try to make it sound more exciting than it is; it is farming at the end of the day. Our team is small and we all know our roles. When someone calls, they are usually talking to one of us who has been here from the start. We keep our records straight and try to stay on top of the seasons. Veliyannur is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside. But inside the office, we just focus on the plantations and making sure everything is running the way it should be for the season.
