Hanumantharaya Farmers Producer Company Limited

Our group is based out in Karoor, specifically at Door No Xi -242-B in Anjalangadi. We are right there near Thazhekad in the Thrissur district. Being a farmers producer company means we spend a lot of our time dealing with the actual people growing things in the soil. It is not like a regular office job where you sit in a chair all day. We are often out and about or meeting folks right here at our place in Karoor P.O. The building is simple and easy to find if you are coming through the main road. We have a lot of members who depend on how we manage things, so there is always someone coming in to ask a question or drop off some paperwork. It gets a bit noisy during the peak harvest times, and the office can get pretty cluttered with files and samples. We don't really care much for looking polished or professional in the way city companies do. Our focus is just on the crops and the people who grow them. Thrissur weather can be tough, especially when it pours, but we keep the doors open and the work moving. It's a lot of coordination and making sure the farmers get a fair shake. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and while it's hard work, it feels right to be part of the local community here in this way.
