It’s not a fancy job. We spend most of our time with machines that clean and process the raw materials we get from the farms. The area here in Nayarkuzhi is mostly quiet, but our place can get a bit loud when the equipment is running. We don't have a corporate office with air conditioning. We just have a workspace that gets the job done. Most of the people working here are from around Kozhikode. We don't do any big marketing. We just focus on the processing work and making sure everything is handled right. The road to get to us is a bit narrow, but the trucks manage it. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot. By the afternoon, we are usually packing things up. It’s a lot of physical work and we often have dust on our shoes. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to process the goods we get and keep the business running. We’ve been in this spot for a while now.
