Reservation Executive

My name is listed here as a Reservation Executive, and I handle things from my place, Tharayil House. It is over in Maranchery, which is part of the Malappuram district. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s a nice enough area to spend the day. Basically, I spend most of my time on the phone or looking at the computer screen trying to sort out bookings and travel plans for people. It is not a huge office building or anything like that, just a desk and a chair in a corner of the house where I can get some peace. The Pin code is 679581 if anyone is sending mail. It gets a bit busy during the holiday seasons, and I end up staying up late to make sure everything is confirmed. I don't really have a big team or fancy software, just the usual stuff you need to keep things moving. Sometimes the internet is slow, and that can be a real headache when you are trying to finish a booking, but you just deal with it. I’ve been doing this for a while now, and I’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the work. Malappuram is a good place to be, and living and working in the same spot saves me a lot of time on travel. It is just a normal job, really, and I try to keep it as organized as I can without making it too complicated.
