Northern Marine Management

We’ve been here in Kodungallur for a while now, right near the old police station road. It’s a busy spot with people coming and going, but we like the energy. Northern Marine Management is mostly about keeping things moving on the water. People come by the office with all sorts of questions about boats and crews. It’s not always easy work, honestly. Some days are just filled with endless paperwork and phone calls, trying to get everything sorted out for the big ships. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us grew up around here in the Trichur district, so we know the area pretty well. The humidity gets to us sometimes, especially in the afternoons, but that’s just life in Kerala. We don't have a big fancy lobby or any of that corporate stuff. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of files that seem to grow every week. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to sit around and wait for things to load. We try to stay organized, but things change fast in the marine world and we just have to keep up. If you're walking down near the old police station, you'll see our sign out front. We're usually in from early morning until the sun starts going down. It’s a decent living and we get to talk to a lot of different people. Not every day is perfect, but we get the job done.
