Alhind Tours&Travels

Alhind Tours & Travels is based out of the Kunnathail House in Purangu. This is a small corner of Malappuram in Kerala, and it’s where we do all our work. The address is P.O. Purangu, 679583, for anyone who needs to find us. It’s a quiet area, mostly residential, so we don't get the huge crowds you'd find in the city center. We like it that way because it means we can actually talk to the people who walk through the door. Usually, it’s locals looking to visit family or head off for work. We have a computer that’s seen better days and a lot of ledgers for keeping track of things. The office is part of the house, so it feels very personal. You might hear the family in the background or smell what’s being cooked for dinner while we’re talking about plane tickets. It’s not corporate at all. We just try to be helpful and get the prices right. Malappuram can be very hot, so we keep the windows open to catch any breeze that comes through the trees. Sometimes a cat wanders in, or the neighbors stop by just to chat about the news. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in India; we just want to do a good job for the folks in Purangu. It’s a simple life and a simple business, run right from our home. We’ve been here since the start and plan to stay.
