We are based right in Kunnamkulam. It is a town that never really seems to sleep, and we are right there in the thick of it every day. Our office is a simple one, nothing too flashy or modern at all. We have the basic things we need to function—desks, chairs, and a couple of computers that have seen better years. The walls are mostly bare, except for a few things we need to keep track of our daily tasks and schedules. Kunnamkulam has a very busy market feel, and that energy definitely spills over into our work area. We deal with all sorts of things throughout the day, mostly coordinating between different people and making sure things are moving as they should be. It is not always easy, especially when the traffic outside is at its worst and people are running late for appointments. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who have been working together for a long time. We know each other's habits and how to get things done without too much talking. The office can get a bit stuffy in the heat of the day, so we usually have the windows open, even if it means more noise from the street. We do not spend much on advertising or making ourselves look big. We just focus on the work that is in front of us.
