We run everything out of Cherussery House in Koothuparamb. It isn't a shop on a main street; it’s more of a home-based setup where we handle all our tour bookings. Because we’re in a house, it feels a bit more relaxed than a typical office. People usually call us first and then come over to sit in the front room to talk about where they want to go. We deal with all sorts of travel plans, from quick weekend trips to longer journeys that take a bit more planning. Koothuparamb is our home, and we like being part of the community here. We don't have a lot of staff, so when you call, you're usually talking to one of the family or a close friend who helps out. It gets busy during the holiday seasons, and the phone might ring late into the evening, but we don't mind much. We’ve been doing this for a while now, so we know the local routes and the right times to travel to avoid the worst traffic. We try to keep things simple and clear for everyone. There’s no fancy jargon or complicated contracts. We just write down what you need, check the costs, and see if we can make it happen. It’s a quiet way to earn a living, and we enjoy meeting different people from around the neighborhood who are looking for a bit of a break.
