Happy Holidays Tours

We are located in Irinjalakuda, which is a nice enough place to be based. Happy Holidays Tours started out because we liked traveling ourselves, so we figured we might as well help other people do it too. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a small space with some posters of beaches and mountains on the walls. We spend a lot of time on the phone or staring at the computer screen trying to find cheap tickets or decent hotels. It’s mostly just us sitting here, drinking tea and talking to people who walk in off the street. Some days are slow, especially when the weather is bad, but other times the phone won't stop ringing. We handle local trips, bus bookings, and the occasional big family vacation. It’s not always easy because flights get delayed or hotels lose reservations, and then we have to spend hours sorting it out. We don’t use any fancy booking software that does everything automatically; we still do a lot of things the old-fashioned way. People in Irinjalakuda seem to like that we’re right here if they have a problem. You don’t have to call a 1-800 number and wait on hold. You just come to the office and we talk. It gets a bit messy with all the papers and brochures everywhere, but we know where everything is. We just try to get people where they want to go without too much fuss and bother.
