Reservation &Ticketing Staff

We are based out of Anthikat House over in Pullanikkad. It’s a part of Wadakkanchery that’s pretty easy to find if you know the Thrissur area. Our group handles reservation and ticketing work, which means a lot of time spent looking at dates and seat charts. It’s not the most exciting job in the world, but it’s what we do. The office is really just a functional space in a house. We don't have any big corporate signs out front. People usually hear about us through word of mouth around Kerala. Working in Wadakkanchery is nice because it’s not as loud as the main city center. We keep a pretty regular schedule, though things can get a bit frantic when a lot of people want to book at once. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. It’s just us answering the phone and trying to find a ticket that works. The building is older, but it serves us well enough for the work we do. There’s always someone here making sure the computers are running. Sometimes we have to stay late if there’s a problem with a booking. We don't make big promises. We just try to get the tickets printed and the seats saved. It’s a small, practical operation and we’ve been at this address for a long time now.
