You can find us at Parackal House on Kaniyampal Road in Kunnamkulam. We operate as Platinum Capita Holdings from this location. It is a straightforward setup in a residential part of town. We don't have a big sign or a fancy entrance. Mostly, we are inside dealing with various financial papers and keeping records of things. The office is just a couple of rooms where we have our computers and files organized. Kunnamkulam is a decent place to work because it isn't as hectic as the bigger cities, though Kaniyampal Road can get some traffic during the day. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to people about their accounts. There isn't any corporate gloss here. We just sit at our desks and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes people drop by to drop off documents or ask a question. We don't use any complicated jargon if we can help it. We just explain things simply and get the paperwork filed. The house is old but it works well for what we need. It is a quiet existence for the most part. We start in the morning and stay until the folders are put away.
