Lulu International Convention Center

This place is run from the Kallate Lane area in Kanimangalam, specifically out of the Karunagath house. It’s a busy spot especially when there are big events going on at the center. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking back and forth to make sure everything is ready for whatever function is coming up next. Thrissur is always full of festivals and weddings, so there is usually something happening that keeps us on our toes. The lane where the house is stays pretty quiet compared to the main roads, which is a nice change of pace after a long day of dealing with crowds and loud music. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that, just a few of us making sure the schedules don't overlap and that the halls are clean and ready. Sometimes we run out of chairs or someone forgets to order enough water, and then we have to scramble a bit to fix it. It’s just how things go when you’re handling large groups of people. We grew up around here so we know the local vendors and where to get things fast if we’re in a pinch. It isn't a perfect system, but we get the job done and the events usually turn out okay in the end. We mostly just focus on the logistics and making sure the lights stay on for the guests during the celebrations.
