Al Hamra Hotels

You can find us at Manjaly House, located in South Bazar on EB Road in Irinjalakuda. This is in the Trichur district of Kerala. It’s a beautiful part of the world, though it gets very humid and the rain can be quite something during the monsoon season. We run Al Hamra Hotels from here. It’s more of an administrative hub than a hotel itself. The building is a traditional house that has been adapted for office use. It has that old Kerala charm, with sturdy walls and a roof that has seen many seasons. We don't have a big corporate headquarters with glass elevators. Instead, we have rooms filled with desks and people from the local community working together. We spend a lot of time talking to the different hotel properties and making sure everything is ready for guests. The South Bazar area is always active, with people buying and selling all sorts of things. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy from the street traffic on EB Road, but we like being in the center of things. We aren't fancy people. We wear comfortable clothes and drink a lot of local coffee. It’s an honest business where we focus on the practical side of hospitality. We’ve been part of Irinjalakuda for a while now, and we plan on staying right here in Manjaly House for a long time. It feels right to be part of the local bazaar life.
