Our office is located at Aluparambil House in Thrissur, Kerala. It’s a local setup in a residential-style building, which is quite common in this part of the state. Thrissur is known for its culture and festivals, and being based here means we are right in the heart of all that activity. The house is a typical one for the area, and we’ve converted part of it to handle our travel business. It doesn't look like a fancy corporate office from the outside, and it’s not much different on the inside either. We have our computers, some landline phones that ring quite often, and plenty of ledgers for keeping track of bookings. Most of us who work here live nearby, so we just walk or bike to the office every morning. The atmosphere is very informal; we often have tea together while discussing the day's tasks. There’s no strict dress code or corporate jargon used here. We just focus on getting people their tickets and making sure their travel plans are sorted out without any errors. Sometimes the power goes out during a heavy storm, and we just have to wait it out or work by candlelight for a bit. It’s just how things go in this part of Thrissur. We’ve been at Aluparambil House for a while now and we like the routine of the day.
