We are located at the Karuppam Veetil in Venkitangu, right here in the Thrissur district. It is a bit of a drive from the main city center, but we like it this way. This office has been part of the community for some time, helping people with their travel needs from this specific house. I spend most of my time looking at flight prices and trying to figure out the best routes for the folks who live nearby. People in Venkitangu usually want to visit relatives abroad or go for work, so we stay pretty busy with those kinds of requests. It isn't a very large space, just enough for us to sit and talk with customers who walk in through the door. We have some old maps on the wall and a lot of folders stacked up. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the afternoons, so we just sit on the porch and wait for it to come back on. It is a simple way of running a business. We don't go in for big advertisements or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find us here in Kerala. We know the local roads well and how long it takes to get to the airport from here. It is just us working hard to make sure people get where they need to be.
