We are located at the Edukkattu House in Kadangode, right near Erumapetty here in Thrissur. Most days it’s just about sitting at the desk and sorting out flight schedules or looking at passport copies for people in the village who want to go abroad. It gets a bit busy in the mornings when the internet is fast, then it slows down around lunch. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few chairs and the computers. People come in from the nearby areas to ask about prices for Gulf trips mainly. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It's a quiet part of Kerala, but we keep busy enough with the bookings. If you are coming from Erumapetty side, you’ll find us easily enough. We don't really do much advertising because everyone around here knows where the house is. We just try to get the tickets printed and the paperwork done without too many mistakes. Sometimes the names are hard to spell, so we check them twice. It’s just regular work, nothing too complicated. We drink a lot of tea while waiting for the booking sites to load. It's a good way to pass the day and help the neighbors get where they need to go. We keep the files in some old cabinets and try to keep things organized so we don't lose anyone's documents.
