This place is basically run out of the Thekkinkattil House in Vadakkummurri, Peringotukkara. It’s a quiet area in Kerala, and our setup is very humble. We handle a lot of the money stuff and keep track of what’s coming in and going out. It’s more of a home-based thing than a big company office. We don't have a lot of employees, just a few of us making sure the books are right. The house is surrounded by trees, and it’s usually quite peaceful, though we stay busy with the records. We use simple tools, mostly just a computer and some notebooks to keep track of everything. It’s not the kind of place with a big sign or a lobby. You have to know where the house is to find us. We spend our days checking figures and making sure people get paid or that the accounts are balanced. It’s a bit of a slow pace compared to the big cities, but the work is still important. We take our time to make sure things are done correctly. Sometimes we have tea breaks on the porch and just enjoy the fresh air before going back to the numbers. It’s a local way of doing business, and we like the simplicity of it. No big corporate rules here, just honest daily work in our own space. We have stacks of old receipts and a few ledgers that we still use alongside the computer.
