Anna Maria Tours & Travels Thrissur

We are over at Punnokkaran House in Thrissur, running Anna Maria Tours & Travels. It’s a family-run kind of thing, really. We started this because we know the roads around here well and noticed people always needed a reliable way to get around or plan their holidays without too much fuss. It is not some huge corporation with a call center. When you call, you usually get one of us directly. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps, checking train schedules, and talking to drivers. Thrissur is a busy place, especially during festival seasons, so things can get pretty hectic around here. Our office is simple, just some desks and a lot of notebooks filled with dates and names. We handle the local trips but also help people who want to see other parts of Kerala or go out of state. Sometimes the internet is slow or a booking gets complicated, but we stay until it is sorted out. We’ve been in this house for a long time, so most neighbors just drop by when they need a ticket booked. It’s a bit messy with all the brochures and papers, but we know where everything is. We just want to make sure people get where they’re going on time and without spending more than they have to. We take our notes by hand mostly and keep the computer for the final ticket printing.
