Airworks

Airworks is run out of the Neelamakavil House in Arimpur. Trichur is where we have always been, and this house has been the base of operations for as long as I can remember. We deal with aviation-related work, which sounds a bit fancy, but the reality is a lot of time spent on the phone and looking at technical manuals. Arimpur is a nice area, and being based here means we avoid the worst of the city traffic. Our office is a simple room with a couple of old desks and a window that lets in a good breeze. We don't really have a lobby or a place for people to wait, because most of our work is done through calls or emails. We know most of the people on our street and they know what we do. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when there are deadlines, but usually, it is a steady rhythm. We've got files going back years tucked into the cabinets. The tea lady comes by twice a day, which is something we always look forward to. We don't spend money on big signs or marketing stuff because we have enough to do as it is. It is just a small operation in a residential area of Kerala, trying to keep up with the demands of the aviation world from a local perspective. We just try to be helpful and get the job done right.
