Kingfisher Airlines

We are over here at Vadakumcherryhouse in Koratty East. It is a quiet spot in Chirangara Vazhichal where we handle things for Kingfisher Airlines. Usually, the day starts with checking through papers and seeing who needs help with their travel plans. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where work gets done. Most people from around this part of Kerala know where we are. We don't spend a lot of time on big advertisements because people just find us when they need to. It gets a bit busy when flight schedules change or when the phones start ringing all at once. Sometimes the weather makes things slow down, but we just keep at it. Working in this area is nice because it is close to home for many of us. We have been here for a while now, sitting behind these desks and making sure the bookings go through. It’s mostly about the routine. You come in, grab a tea, and start looking at the computer screens. There is always some paperwork that needs filing or a passenger asking about a connection. We don't have a big corporate team here, just a few of us making sure the daily tasks are finished. If you walk down the road, you’ll see the sign. It’s a straightforward operation. We just try to keep things moving along without making too much of a fuss about it.
