Josey Tours & Travels is based at Arikkilath House in Thrissur. We’ve been running this travel business for quite some time now, and we do it all from our family home. It’s not a polished storefront in a mall; it’s just a place where we live and work. We have a few vehicles that we use for tours, and you can usually see them parked near the house. We focus on showing people around Kerala and helping them with their travel plans. Because we work from home, our hours are a bit flexible, and we are often around even late in the evening. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our customers find us through word of mouth or by just walking past Arikkilath House. We like to talk to people directly and figure out what they need for their trip. Sometimes the house gets a bit crowded with maps and tour itineraries, but we wouldn't have it any other way. It feels more personal this way. We aren't a huge company with a call center. When you call us, you’re talking to someone sitting in their living room in Thrissur. We know the roads here like the back of our hand, and we just want to help people get where they’re going safely and without much stress.
