We operate out of Kunnumakara House in the Kallettumkara area of Thrissur. Our office is a local one, and it’s actually run by Renisha.K.R. We are located in Manattukkunnu, which is a quiet part of Kerala. We focus on tours and travel, helping people get their tickets and hotel bookings sorted out. It’s a small operation, really. We don’t have a huge staff or a big office building. It’s mostly just us sitting in a room that’s part of a house, surrounded by travel brochures and notebooks. People from the village often stop by just to ask about prices or to see if there are any new travel packages. We don't have a big advertising budget, so we just rely on the fact that people know us in the community. Sometimes the rain in Kerala is so heavy that we can't even hear the phone ringing, but we just wait it out. We spend a lot of time checking schedules on our computers. It's not a fast-paced environment like you might find in a big city, but we stay busy enough. We try to give people the information they need without overcomplicating things. Most of our days are spent talking to local families who are planning their vacations. It’s a nice way to spend the day, helping our neighbors see a bit more of the world.
