Front Office Assistant

My name is Firoz Noordeen and I work out of my family home, Poovamparambil House, which is located in Karanchira, near Kattoor. People around here know me and my father, Noordeen Ibrahim. I’ve been acting as a Front Office Assistant for various needs in our local area for a while now. It’s not really a big company, just me handling administrative tasks, answering inquiries, and keeping track of records for people who need help with their paperwork. Living in Thrissur, you realize how much small stuff needs to get done every day. I spend my mornings going through messages and making sure everyone gets a reply. The house is usually quiet, which helps when I have to focus on the details. I don’t have a big staff or a fancy website, it’s mostly just word of mouth and people stopping by the house when they need something sorted. It can be anything from helping with local forms to organizing schedules. I try to keep everything organized in my ledgers. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming when too many people need things at once, but I just take it one task at a time. It’s a decent way to stay involved with the community here in Karanchira. I’ve been here my whole life, so I know how things work in this district and I just try to be useful to those who live nearby. It's simple work but keeps me very busy.
