Famulet India Farmer Producer Company Limited is based at the Thekkoot House in China Bazar. We’re right near the Velappayapo Medical College in Thrissur, 680596. Being near the medical college means there's always a lot of traffic and people moving around. Our office is in a busy spot, which makes it easy for farmers to drop by when they’re in town. It’s a simple setup inside Thekkoot House. We have a few rooms filled with ledgers and files. We started this producer company to help local growers get their products to market without too much trouble. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls. Sometimes it feels like we are just a switchboard connecting people. We don’t use any fancy business jargon here. We just talk about the crops, the weather, and the prices. It’s straightforward, even if it is a bit chaotic at times. The China Bazar area is always loud, but we’ve gotten used to it. We have a small group of people working here, and most of us have been friends for a long time. We aren't looking to grow into a massive corporation; we just want to make sure the work we do helps the people who are actually out in the fields. It’s a long day, but seeing the trucks leave full of produce makes it worth it. We just keep at it and hope for good weather next season.
