Chavassery Mythri Farmer Producer Company Limited

We're based out of the SKS Building, room number 128/Xxvi. It’s located in Chalakkandi, right around the 21st Mile mark in Naduvanad. This is the home of the Chavassery Mythri group. We're a farmer producer company, so it's a collective effort. Most of the people you'll see here are farmers themselves or family members. We don't have a big fancy sign or a lobby. You just walk into the building and find us. We spend a lot of time discussing the local crops and how to get them to market. The 21st Mile area is a familiar spot for everyone around here. We handle the collection of produce from the nearby farms. It gets quite busy during the harvest months. There's usually a lot of talk about the rains and the soil. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We just want to help the farmers in Chavassery get a bit more for their hard work. The office has some old wooden desks and stacks of registers. We keep track of everything manually for the most part. It’s a simple way of working but it has served us well so far. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish the accounts or wait for a late delivery. We don't mind because it's our own business. It feels like a community hub more than anything else. We're just here doing the daily work of farming and selling. That’s how it works for us.
