Our office is located in the Kadappuram area, specifically in Anjangadi, Trichur. We deal with airline and travel matters for the people around here. It is a simple place, not far from the coast. We don't have a huge team of people. It’s just a few of us who come in every day to handle the paperwork. Dealing with flights and travel documents takes a lot of attention to detail. We spend many hours checking names and dates to make sure everything is correct. The building we are in is quite modest. We don't have fancy decorations or big signs. Most of our customers are locals from the village who know us by word of mouth. Sometimes people come in with a lot of questions about how to get to different places, and we just sit and talk them through it. It isn't a high-pressure environment. We move at a steady pace. The sea air is always around us, which is nice. We’ve been part of the 680514 pin code area for a long time. It’s just a regular way to make a living in Kerala. We aren't trying to be a major travel hub. We are just here to help the people in Anjangadi with their travel needs. Some days are more productive than others, but we always show up and do the work. It’s a honest job and we are happy with that.
