Our office is based in a house called Chandravilasam, which is down in Parassala, near the Ponnamkulam area. It’s right on the edge of the border, so things feel a bit different here than in the middle of Trivandrum. We just go by the name Yes, and we’ve been operating from this spot for a good while. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place that keeps the rain off our heads. We spend our days handling whatever comes through the door. It’s a small operation, and everyone knows everyone else’s business. The post office at Parasuvikkal is just a short walk away, so we’re always heading back and forth for mail. Life in Parassala is pretty simple. We don't have much in the way of big city noise, just the sound of the local traffic and the birds. Sometimes customers come by looking for us and get a bit lost because the roads around here can be winding, but they eventually find the Chandravilasam sign. We don't use much technology beyond what's actually necessary to get the job done. It's an honest living. We keep the place clean, make sure the paperwork is filed, and try to stay out of the heat as much as possible. There’s no big corporate strategy here, just a bunch of people working hard in a quiet corner of Kerala. We like the way things are here, and we don't plan on changing much.
