Our office is in Attingal, specifically at Kattilputhen Veedu in the Kaduvayil area. Manu runs things here. It’s a small operation focused on air travel. We are located in a residential style building, so it feels more like visiting a neighbor than going to a business. We have a couple of desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a computer that’s seen better days. We spend a lot of time looking for the best routes for people who want to fly. It’s a lot of screen time. The room can get pretty warm in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open. You can hear the sounds of the town from here. Attingal is a busy place with a lot of movement. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine for guests. We just offer a chair and some honest help. Sometimes the phone lines act up, and we have to use our mobiles to get things done. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we know the locals well. Many of them come to us because they don't like using the internet for bookings. We just talk through the options and print out the tickets. It’s straightforward work. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just try to help people get where they need to go in the world.
