We have been over here at Puthuval Puthen Veedu in the Shangumugham area for a good while now. Our office is located right near Kannanthura, and it’s a place that stays pretty busy most of the time. We handle a lot of travel stuff like booking tickets and sorting out tour plans for the local folks who stop by. It’s not a fancy corporate setup or anything like that. We just have some desks, a few computers that sometimes act up, and a lot of paperwork piled around. The noise from the street outside comes right in, but we are used to it by now. Most of our days are spent on the phone or talking to people who walk in with questions about their trips. We try to keep everything organized, but when it gets really crowded, things can get a bit messy on the tables. It’s just a small team of us working here every day. We don’t really do any big advertising because most people in the neighborhood already know where we are. The building is easy enough to find if you are looking for the address. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the travel schedules are right. It’s a simple operation, really. We stay open pretty late most days just to make sure we finish everything on our list. It is just regular people doing a regular job here in Shangumugham.
