Airindia Charters Ltd

We are based out here in Kerala and we handle the daily side of Airindia Charters Ltd. It is usually a lot of people moving around and phones ringing all morning. We aren't a massive corporate floor with shiny glass, just a regular office where we keep track of the flight paths and the crew schedules. The weather here in Kerala can get quite wet, especially during the monsoon, so we spend a lot of time making sure things don't get delayed too much. We have been doing this for a while now and the staff knows how to handle the paperwork without making a big fuss about it. If you walk into our place, you will see piles of logs and people drinking tea while they wait for the next update. It’s not a fancy life but it is what we do to keep the planes moving. We don’t have a big speech about what we do. It is just about getting the charters where they need to go and making sure the pilots have what they need before they take off. Most of the guys here have worked in this industry for a long time, so we just get on with it. It’s a busy spot, especially when there are many flights scheduled at once, but we manage. That’s just the way things are around here in our part of India.
