Tours In India

We are located in the Mamiwata Building right by the North Cliff in Varkala. It’s a beautiful spot, especially being so close to the helipad and the beach. You can usually smell the salt in the air and hear the waves if the wind is right. At Tours In India, we spend our days talking to travelers from all over. Some want to see the backwaters, others are just looking for a taxi to the airport or a local guide. We’ve seen Varkala Beach change a lot over the years, getting busier every season. Our office is pretty simple, just some maps on the wall and a couple of computers. We don't use any fancy booking systems that take the human element out of it. We’d rather just talk to someone and figure out what they actually want to see. Sometimes we're out of the office showing people around or checking on hotels. It's not a nine-to-five kind of job because tourists don't really keep those hours. We like it though. It’s good to meet new people and help them find their way around our part of the country. We don't promise anything impossible, just a fair price and a honest trip. Most of the time, things go smoothly, and when they don't, we just figure out a way to fix it. It's just us here, doing what we know.
