Ozone Travel Enterprises

We are set up in Ambalathara, working out of a small office on the main road. It’s a travel business, so we spend most of our time on the phone or staring at computer screens. We handle things like flight tickets and helping people get their travel documents sorted. It’s a lot of little details that you have to get right, otherwise, someone ends up stuck somewhere they don't want to be. The office is pretty basic with just a few desks and some chairs for people to wait in. We get a lot of local residents coming in who are planning to go abroad for work. They often have a lot of questions, and we do our best to answer them based on what we know. We aren't a big chain, just a local enterprise trying to make things easier for travelers. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to wait around, which can be frustrating. But mostly, it’s just a steady stream of people looking for the best way to get from one place to another. We’ve been in Ambalathara for quite a while now, so people know where to find us. We don't do anything fancy with our advertising. We just keep the door open and wait for whoever needs help with their trip. It’s a practical job and we like the people we meet. It’s just a regular day-to-day business for us here.
