Xminds

Xminds is located at a place with a bit of a long address, H, T.C:-6/916 L, over in Konathukulangara. We are right by the Vattiyoorkavu P.O in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. It is a decent spot to work from. The area is mostly residential, so it stays relatively quiet during the day, which helps when we are trying to focus. We have a small office set up here. It’s not one of those glass skyscrapers; it is more like a converted house or a local commercial building. We have our desks and our computers, and that is about it. The walk from the main road isn't too bad, though it can get a bit muddy when the Kerala rains start. Most of us get here by scooter or bus. The Vattiyoorkavu neighborhood is nice because you can find small shops for snacks or a quick lunch without having to go all the way into the city center. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing here. We just show up, do our tasks, and go home. Sometimes the electricity flickers, but we have a backup for that. It’s just a group of people working together in this part of Trivandrum. We have been here for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s a simple life at T.C:-6/916 L, and we are quite content with the way things are going for the team right now.
