You can find us at Ambika Niwas over in the Vizhinajam area. We are right across from the Andhra Bank, which makes it very easy for people to explain where we are when they give directions. Kovalam Akakulam is just down the way, so we get a lot of people passing through this part of Thiruvananthapuram. Our office is not anything fancy, just a room with some tables and a couple of phones that ring quite a lot. We have been here for a good bit of time now. The street outside can get quite busy, especially with the bank being right there. We mostly just sit here and help people figure out their holiday plans. It is a simple setup. We do not have any glossy brochures or big fancy displays in the window. Most people who come in are just neighbors or folks who saw the sign while they were going to the bank for something. It is a bit dusty sometimes because of the traffic on the road, but we do not mind much. We just keep things moving. There is usually some tea being made in the back room. It is a small operation, just a few of us working together. If you are looking for a place to talk about a trip without any fuss, that is us. We just do our thing and try to help out whoever walks through the door. It is straightforward. (259 words)
