Intercontinental Air Travels, Kottayam

We are located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, specifically in the 695003 pin code area. Even though our name mentions Kottayam, this is where we do all our daily work. Our office is in a building that has been around for quite some time. It’s got high ceilings and windows that don't always close all the way. We handle air travel bookings and itineraries for all sorts of trips. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks with various maps and schedules pinned to the walls. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking in. We have a small table where we keep the day's newspapers. The office gets a bit dusty because of the city traffic outside, but we try to keep things tidy. We drink tea from the shop next door twice a day. It’s a small, dedicated group of us. We don't use a lot of business jargon. We just tell people the prices and the times as they are. Sometimes the work is repetitive, but we like the people we meet. It’s a very practical sort of business. We’ve been doing this for years and we’ve seen a lot of changes in how people travel. But our office stays pretty much the same as it always was.
