About Tropical Granities – Building & Construction Material in Thiruvananthapuram
We've been at No.B-2 in the Alsa Woodbine building for a good while now. Thycaud is a busy spot, and our little corner here stays pretty active with people coming in to look at stone slabs. It isn't a fancy place with bright lights or a big reception desk. Mostly, it's just us surrounded by heavy granite. We spend a lot of our time moving things around to show the different patterns and colors. Granite is heavy, and it takes a bit of effort to get a good look at a full piece. The office gets a bit of dust because that’s just how it is when you work with stone all day. We have some samples lying on the tables and bigger pieces leaning against the walls. Some days are slow, and we just sit around and talk about the business or wait for the next delivery truck to show up. Other days, it’s a lot of phone calls and trying to figure out where a specific slab went. We don’t do any big advertisements. People usually just find us because they’re doing up a kitchen or a floor nearby. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. We know the materials well enough by now. The tea shop around the corner is where we usually end up when things get quiet. It’s just a normal local business trying to get the work done without much fuss.
