Bharani Stone

You can find us over in Cheruvikkal, specifically on the ground floor near the Royal Engineering Department. We are pretty close to the Infosys campus, so there is always a lot of activity and cars in this part of town. We work with stones and different materials like that for building projects. It is heavy work, honestly. We spend a lot of time moving pieces around and making sure everything is where it should be in the yard. The ground floor location helps because some of these items are not easy to carry up any stairs. It’s a bit of a dusty environment, but that comes with the territory when you are dealing with stone and masonry. We aren't a corporate office with suits and ties and air conditioning. We wear work clothes and usually have dirt on our hands by noon. People come by to see what we have in stock for their home projects. Sometimes they know exactly what they want, and other times they just want to look around at the different types of stone. We stay busy with the local construction and renovations happening nearby. It’s a practical sort of place without any frills. We don't have fancy decorations, just the stones we work with every day. It’s been our home for a while now in this building. We just show up, do the heavy lifting, and try to help people out with their building needs. Sometimes we are out back and people have to shout to get our attention.
